Our goal is to create impactful biomedical technologies that improve our understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. We try to bridge basic science with clinical research.

We utilize concepts from 3D pathology: applying advanced tissue processing methods, building lightsheet microscopes to gather 3D datasets, and developing computational methods for image analysis.
