• January: We are looking for a full-time research technician skilled in computational image analysis to join the lab.

• January: Nuzhat Mukul (IBMG program) is doing a PhD rotation project in the lab on 3D renal pathology. Purdue undergraduate student Lindsey Laine also joins the group. She will help with staining and clearing of mouse and human tissues.

2025

• November: Poudel Lab has secured funding from the Innovative Science Accelerator Program (ISAC) funded by the NIDDK to create 3D spatial atlases of kidney diseases in 2026.

• October: Nouran Darras is doing a PhD rotation project in the lab, imaging cardiac organoids and investigating MRSA infection in mouse kidneys.

• September: Undergraduate students Mihir Pantula (USI), Tamara Houran (Purdue), and Nadia Bailen Boluda (Purdue) join the group. Welcome!

• July: Che joins IU School of Medicine Division of Nephrology and Department of Pathology.
